Accessing Your Billing Portal

Access to the Czardom Czars Billing Portal (aka Customer Portal) is for enrolled members only. You must log into your portal with the same email you are currently enrolled. Not doing so could result in editing the wrong account, creating a new separate subscription, and/or possibly being double billed.

If you know the email you are enrolled with, please click here and log in with your member email and password (or register with your member email and create your password if this is your first time accessing the Billing Portal). Either way, you must use the enrollment email you have on file. Not sure what that is? See the “I’m Not Sure Which Email I Signed Up With” section below.

Once logged in, select the “Customer Portal” option from the dropdown menu under your Profile Image in the upper right corner, or you can click on the “Billing Portal” option from the main home page that appears after you log in. If you are already logged in you can get directly to your Billing Portal by clicking here. ⬅️This direct link only works if you are already logged in as an enrolled (paid) member on the Czardom Czars hub site.

If you are unsure of your email address on record, or having trouble logging into the Czardom Czars Member Hub, please write to [email protected] for assistance.


Please note the Czardom Czars Members Hub and Billing Portal was updated in January 2022. If this is your first time logging into the new Czardom Czars portal since enrolling, you may need to register. Be sure to use your enrollment email when you register so that you can proceed to your Billing Portal after completing registration. Not doing so will prompt you for payment after registering and could result in you paying twice. If you register with the correct email, you will skip payment and go straight to your Billing Portal after registering. If you are not yet an enrolled member, please click here to apply for membership. If you are an enrolled member but use the wrong email to register (not the one you enrolled with), it could result in creating a new separate subscription, and/or possibly being double billed.
